Conference Aim
Following the success of previous conferences in New York 1981, Hangzhou 1985, Vancouver 1988, Tokyo 1991, Anaheim 1993, Berlin 1995, Seoul 1997, Stanford 2000, Taipei 2002, Weimar 2004, Montreal 2006, Beijing 2008 and Nottingham 2010 the 14th International conference on Computing in Civil and Building Engineering will be held in Moscow, Russian Federation. The ICCCBE conference series is a peer reviewed forum, which joins representatives of the international academic community and the Architecture/Engineering/Computing (A/E/C) industry to exchange their knowledge and experience of the application of computing, information and communication technology in civil and building engineering.
The aim of the conference in Moscow is to demonstrate and discuss the beneficial use of computers in civil and building engineering as well as to define problems of the A/E/C industry and their solutions by the means of computing, information and communication technologies.
Themes of the Conference
The conference invites original contributions on practical use cases and scientific investigations related to problems and solutions of using computing, information and communication technologies in civil and building engineering. The contributions are expected to represent the wide range of topics from fundamentals, theories and concepts to application of generalized technologies.

Authors of accepted papers must pay registration fee until 31.03.2012, otherwise their papers can not be published.
Language
The official language of the conference is English.
Journal publication
Authors of papers, identified during the reviewing process of including original work that could form the basis of a journal publication, will be invited to submit papers for inclusion into professional journals of Russian Federation and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Awards
The conference will make awards for: best student paper, best applied paper and best fundamental paper.
Abstract submission
Authors are invited to submit a plain text extended abstract through the Conference web site at: http://www.icccbe.ru. The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings, and conclusions of the paper and must not exceed 3000 characters with gaps. Authors should fit their contributions under one of the conference themes and should also classify them under one or more of the list of topics.
Abstracts are requested by 15 September 2011. For a paper to be published in the proceedings at least one of the authors must register by March 31, 2012
